Furniture products and non-inventoried mattress options are not eligible for refund unless otherwise noted below. You may cancel an unopened item for a refund of the merchandise total less 20% restocking fee prior to delivery by emailing email@example.com. Refunds are issued within 2-3 business days. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If your item arrived damaged or delivery. In this case, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one right away.
- If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will ship replacement parts free of charge. If we cannot replace the parts, we will pick up the original package and replace it free of charge.
- If your product has a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or, if necessary, the entire unit defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement.
120 NIGHT COMFORT GUARANTEE
The change from your old, worn out mattress to a new, supportive one, may require an adjustment period. We as that you allow a minimum of 30 nights for your body to adjust.
However, if you are not comfortable within 120 nights from your original mattress delivery date, you may exchange or return your mattress for a cost of 20% of the original mattress prices and a redelivery fee of $59.99. This is valid for up to two returns or exchanges occurring within the 120-night period from the original delivery date.
We do offer Layaway! Simply place 30% down, and you can lock in your deal! As long as you make regular payments, when it's paid off it's yours! However, if After 90 Days, and you haven't made any more payments, then the deposit and any other funds are forfeited.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
We strive to provide the most convenient and thorough delivery experience on all of our mattresses and furniture. For delivery outside of South Carolina please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our delivery team’s normal hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 11am – 4pm. Other times are available upon request and approval by our logistics manager. Same day delivery is available on many items when ordered prior to 2pm.
